By subscribing to this competition, I grant permission for my name to appear on all competition and concert-related materials, including but not limited to flyers, programs, posters, and digital media.In cases where the subscriber or any other person listed is a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian, and I hereby give my explicit consent for the minor's name to be shared on the aforementioned competition and concert materials.I acknowledge and accept that the concert application fee is non-refundable. I understand that any refund request due to extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed by the organization on a case-by-case basis. The competition organizer reserves the sole right to evaluate such requests, and I agree that any decision made by the competition organizer regarding refunds is final and not subject to appeal.I hereby waive all rights to any financial compensation or remuneration for my participation in the NY Classical Debut Awards Gala Concert on November 16.
